Summary

A witness reported a brief five-second observation on July 31, 2008, at 11:15 PM in a private garden in Ramboillett. They saw nine non-blinking lights moving silently from east to west, forming three triangles that aligned into a larger triangular formation. Suddenly, the formation ascended and disappeared.
