On January 3, 2009, a driver and his passenger in Grasse, France, observed a very bright yellow point of light falling rapidly without any visible trail. The object disappeared behind a hill and no unusual noise was heard. Although the possibility of an atmospheric entry, such as a meteor, was considered, no additional information was obtained to confirm this hypothesis. The lack of detailed data, even after requesting a more precise description, limited the investigation. Therefore, the case was classified as "C", indicating an observation with insufficient information for a conclusive analysis.
