🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
In January 2009, a witness in France observed a bright light near an airplane flying at low altitude. The incident occurred between 7:35 and 7:39 AM, but there were no additional testimonies or records. Due to the lack of precise information, such as the exact date of the first observation or a detailed account, the GEIPAN could not properly investigate the case. Moreover, the testimony was submitted four months after the event, making any aeronautical verification impossible. Due to insufficient data, the case was classified as C, indicating that it cannot be determined whether the phenomenon has a conventional explanation or not.
