🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
In February 2009, a witness in Meyzieu (France) observed orange oval lights moving in a triangular formation. The case was reported to the GEIPAN in 2010, 17 months later. Initially thought to be Thai lanterns, the lights moved against the wind, raising doubts. However, the testimony lacked precise details and no contact with air traffic control was possible due to the elapsed time. The case was classified as C due to lack of additional information.
