UFO in Dordogne 2009

Summary

On March 15, 2009, a witness in Dordogne observed a very bright, stationary circle above his house. The object disappeared after a quick reduction, without making any noise during the approximately 4-second observation. There were no other testimonies or social events in the area that could explain the phenomenon. Although Saturn was very close to the indicated direction and particularly bright at that time, the witness described a disk, not a point. Additionally, a photo of the location showed a tree between the observer and the sky, suggesting that a movement of the witness or a branch could have obscured the planet. These doubts led to the case being classified as C.
