Summary

In June 2009, an amateur astronomer captured images of the star cluster M13 and discovered a point with a red trace suggesting movement. Although there was no direct observation, the original photos were lost due to a computer failure. The movement, observed over about fifteen minutes, did not match typical low-orbit satellites or near-Earth asteroids. The satellite Amazns BrzTank was considered a possible candidate, but its angular speed did not match the observed motion. The GEIPAN had no access to the original images and could not rule out optical or photographic artifacts. Ultimately, the case was classified as "C" due to lack of information.
