Plougasnou 2009, ISS Observation

Summary

On July 17, 2009, near midnight, a couple in Plougasnou (France) noticed a bright white object passing quickly overhead. One of the witnesses described the observation, which lasted about 30 seconds, as clear and detailed. The object moved at a constant speed in a straight line, without making any noise. Although the case was considered low in strangeness, the description perfectly matched the trajectory of the International Space Station (ISS) at that time. Due to this match, the GEIPAN classified it as a case A, indicating a plausible explanation.
