Summary

On July 19, 2009, between 23:00 and 23:15, a witness observed a very bright white light crossing the sky from northeast to southeast. The phenomenon moved slowly and silently. The witness did not detect any smoke or ground traces. Interestingly, the International Space Station (ISS) was particularly bright that night, with a magnitude of -3.3. Despite its brightness, the witness did not confuse the light with the ISS, suggesting distinct characteristics of the observed object.
