Summary

On September 29, 2009, a witness in Saint-Ouen observed a bright white phenomenon moving silently toward the northeast. It was described as teardrop-shaped with a slightly blue-tinged light. The object was visible for 30 to 50 seconds, but no other witnesses were reported. Although the drawing made by the witness shows typical features of a fireball, the lack of additional testimonies and the seemingly ordinary nature of the event led investigators to classify it with uncertainty. It is considered a probable fireball observation, but cannot be confirmed with certainty.
