In November 2009, a witness from their home in the Nord region observed a luminous phenomenon for 10 minutes that they could not identify. The light, cylindrical in shape, was intensely yellow and remained stationary before slowly moving in a straight line near the horizon. Although the testimony is unique and the observation date is uncertain, precise documents were provided. However, due to a long interval of nearly 4 years between the observation and the submission of the testimony, it was not possible to conduct a field investigation. The case was classified as C for this reason. Additionally, it cannot be definitively ruled out that the object was a lighthouse or projector mounted on a ground vehicle, further complicating identification.
