Summary

On December 27, 2009, at 1 a.m., a witness observed from their window a bright green light moving rapidly from south to northeast. The event lasted only a few seconds and was silent. Although the witness didn't notice anything unusual, the characteristics of the light suggest a meteorite entering the atmosphere, known as a bolide. These events are typically identified by their straight trajectory and distinct color. However, the case was not recorded by the REFORME observer network. The GEIPAN classified it as "B," indicating a likely observation of a meteorite entering the atmosphere.
