On December 13, 2009, two people in Toulouse observed blue lights in a cloudy sky from their kitchen on the second floor. They watched for a long time as multiple halos of light moved in an unusual choreography. At first, they thought it was an unexplained phenomenon, but upon investigation, it turned out to be the beams of a special projector called "Sky Tracer". This type of projector creates multiple light beams that move elegantly, which can confuse observers. Despite the mysterious appearance, the case was classified as probably explained.
The GEIPAN classification B indicates that, although the observation was clear and detailed, a plausible explanation was found. The "Sky Tracer" is a device used in aerial shows and night events, capable of creating complex light effects. In this case, the originality of the light movement caused confusion, but there were no unexplained elements. This case is an example of how what seems supernatural can have a simple technological explanation.
