🇺🇸 CIA
In 1954, Lloyd V. Berkner, president of the Associated Universities, received a letter from the CIA concerning Dr. Davidson and Colonel Kehoe. These contacts occurred shortly before Berkner's trip and were related to reports on unidentified flying objects. The letter mentions that the correspondence had been referred to the Air Force for analysis. Berkner reached out to the relevant authorities to find out the current status of the matter. This document shows that even in the 1950s, authorities were interested in unidentified aerial phenomena and how scientists and military personnel collaborated in their study.
