🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On April 5, 2010, a witness in Bordeaux observed from their balcony a very long and stationary white light. Suddenly, three glowing balls in yellow and red colors separated from the main light and flew away in different directions. The main light then disappeared abruptly. Although only one testimony was collected, the GEIPAN considered that the description could match Thai lanterns, kites, or atmospheric phenomena. However, the cigar-shaped object remained unexplained. The case was classified as C due to lack of information, as the witness never provided additional details on sky position, wind direction, or other relevant features.
