On May 23, 2010, a witness in Paris observed an unusual object from their sixth-floor balcony. The object, silent and without lights, was seen performing spinning movements in the sky. It was spotted twice, first at 22:35 and again at 22:41. No other witnesses were available to corroborate the sighting, complicating the case analysis. Although the description did not fit conventional objects like balloons, optical phenomena such as phosphenes or floating bodies could not be ruled out. However, these possibilities could not be confirmed. The case was classified as "C" due to the lack of additional data and independent testimonies.
