On June 27, 2010, a witness in Montfort-sur-Meu observed two yellow and orange luminous points crossing the sky from east to west at a constant speed. The event occurred around midnight, and the objects disappeared behind the urban landscape. Although two other people might have seen them, no further testimonies were collected. According to the GEIPAN report, it is likely that the witness saw Thai lanterns, often used in certain celebrations. Despite the clear description, no unusual features were reported that would suggest an unidentified origin.
