On the night of July 4 to 5, 2010, a witness in Noiretable (France) observed a very bright light moving in a straight line from west to east from his window. The object disappeared behind the roof. Although the International Space Station was not visible from that location until 0:23, investigators considered a 7-minute discrepancy acceptable, as the witness estimated the time as "around 0:15". This case was classified as B, indicating a very likely observation of the ISS. The time inaccuracy and visual description align with what is expected for a satellite or space station visible from Earth.
