On July 25, 2010, around 1:30 AM, two people in Labastide-Saint-Sernin (France) observed several flying objects in the sky. These objects, described as triangular or round and of a bicolor, moved in straight trajectories without making any noise. After investigation, it was discovered that that night the village was holding festivities, including the release of Thai lanterns, which matched the time and description of the observed objects. Although the witnesses did not recognize the lights as such, the correlation with the festivities suggests a terrestrial explanation.
