Luminous Balls in the Sky of Bertangles

Summary

On July 11, 2010, a witness and his wife observed between 15 and 20 orange glowing spheres in the sky above Bertangles in the Somme region. The orbs moved silently in a south-north trajectory, and the phenomenon lasted about fifteen minutes. During this time, the witness took photographs that, according to the report, leave little doubt about the nature of the event. Despite its duration and visibility, no other witnesses were reported by the French gendarmerie. The images obtained clearly show what appears to be a case of "flying lanterns," a category recognized in UFO research.
