On July 18, 2010, a witness in Albi (France) observed a dozen white, spherical objects moving in a straight line across the sky for 40 minutes. No unusual sounds or halos were reported, and the estimated distance was at least 1500 meters. Two children also witnessed the phenomenon. Although the characteristics resemble those of festive balloons, the case lacks unusual features. However, due to the single witness and low consistency, it was classified as level B—likely explained.
