On September 19, 2010, a witness in Paris observed a black, round object moving silently from west to east. The witness took photographs of the object, but no other testimonies were collected. The images seem to match a helium balloon with ribbons, though its dark color was due to the backlit sunlight. The slow, straight movement of the object aligns with the wind direction.
