A witness driving at high speed (130 km/h) reported an intense white halo swirling in the sky. The report, which does not include a police statement, notes that the vehicle was heading north-south and the driver was looking south through the windshield. At the time of the observation, Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, was in the direction observed. Investigators suggest that the bright and flickering nature of Sirius, combined with the driver's visual fatigue, could have created the impression of movement. Although precise verification is not possible, it is likely that the witness observed the star Sirius.
