In February 2011, two witnesses in Hyères observed from their living room a strange phenomenon: a dark circle with bright flickering lights. The object, the size of a full moon, remained stationary for about fifteen minutes before shrinking and moving away rapidly, becoming a bright point in a few seconds. The observation lasted from 6:15 to 6:45 a.m. Researchers initially considered the possibility that it was Venus, which was very visible during that time of year. However, this did not explain the dark circle or the object's speed of disappearance. No other testimonies or evidence were collected, making a deeper investigation difficult. The case was eventually classified as "C" due to lack of information.
