On July 23, 2011, around 11:30 PM, two witnesses observed a group of orange glowing points moving in the sky, which gradually disappeared toward the horizon. According to the testimonies, along with video footage and photographs—especially the image DSC03604.JPG—it was concluded that these were likely Thai lanterns.
