UFO Case in Cueron 2011

Summary

On October 7, 2011, a witness in Cueron (France) observed a luminous phenomenon in the sky for about 15 seconds. They saw three pale white triangular objects arranged in a triangle shape moving northeast-southwest. A fourth object was also seen to the west, moving at the same speed and direction. The entire formation moved silently under the clouds and eventually disappeared into them. No other witnesses were found, making identification difficult. Although the possibility of Thai lanterns was considered, the triangular shape and movement perpendicular to the wind did not fit. It also did not match airplanes due to the silence and configuration. Ultimately, the GEIPAN classified the case as "C", meaning unidentifiable due to lack of data.
