Summary

Two witnesses in France reported a prolonged observation of a very bright object in the sky. On February 20 and 21, 2012, around 20:20, a witness in Aveyron observed a particularly luminous point slowly moving westward. They used a camera and a video recorder to document the phenomenon. At the same time, another witness in Tarn described a "very, very bright star". After analysis, it was determined that the observed object was the planet Venus, especially visible at that time and with a strong glow in the western sky. Despite the clear identification, the case was classified as "A", suggesting that the possibility of an unusual phenomenon was not entirely dismissed.
