Summary

On July 4, 2012, a driver on the A75 near Authezat noticed a dark, round or oval object in the sky, stationary in the direction of Sancy. Six minutes later, while on the D2013, the driver saw the same object again, along with five other forms moving slowly at low altitude. The witness thought they might be fighter jets, but no other testimonies or photographic evidence were collected. The observation lasted 8 minutes but was considered of low consistency due to the lack of precise details. Although hypotheses such as balloons, ULMs or paragliders were considered, the lack of angular measurements and context limited the possibility of a more accurate assessment. Ultimately, the case was classified as C due to insufficient information.
