🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
In July 2012, a witness in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés observed an object in the sky described as both rounded and triangular. The object moved silently before disappearing into a cloud. Although initially intriguing due to its vertical movement and reflection, the GEIPAN report concluded it was likely a helium-filled festive balloon. The "B" classification indicates a plausible conventional explanation.
