🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On July 3, 2012, a driver in Oise observed an unusual aerial phenomenon. At 9:15 PM, under a cloudy sky, he saw two spheres separated by something resembling a rotating propeller. The object had a matte gray color and no position lights. The witness, a former pilot, did not recognize it, and no other witnesses were found. After a thorough investigation, no satisfactory explanation was identified. Although the testimony was credible and the reconstruction accurate, the case lacked additional information and other witnesses. Therefore, the GEIPAN classified it as "C" due to the lack of data and corroboration. Despite its moderate strangeness, no definitive hypotheses were ruled out, though they could not be confirmed.
