🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On August 13, 2012, at 5 a.m., a witness in Soustons, France, noticed a bright object moving among the clouds. He described a circular formation made up of smaller circles that rotated and changed direction without making any noise. The witness observed the phenomenon for 20 minutes and continued to see it while driving. Although initially intriguing, the phenomenon was likely a laser projection from a nearby nightclub. The weather conditions, with a fully overcast sky, were favorable for such lighting. The GEIPAN classified the case as "B," indicating a probable observation of a light display.
