Articulated-wing UFO in France 2012

Summary

In August 2012, a driver in the Haute-Garonne region observed a luminous object with apparent articulated wings and flashing lights. The witness recorded the phenomenon and called his wife, who also saw it. A third witness confirmed the object's presence. Although the three witnesses didn't describe exactly the same thing, the case was considered real and of high quality. The GEIPAN classified it as a probable helium-filled festive balloon that may have escaped its owner. The observation lasted three minutes, allowing for a detailed description.
