On June 21, 2013, a witness captured images of a colorful, flickering object in the night sky over the Tarn region. The phenomenon was observed between 4:23 and 4:30 AM, displaying changing colors and blinking lights. The witness, very thorough, also sent two daytime photos of the same location and direction for comparison. Investigators concluded that the object was the star Arcturus, low on the horizon, affected by atmospheric twinkling. Although classified as a "confirmed" observation, the case remains intriguing due to the quality of the evidence and the clarity of the sighting.
