Possible ISS UFO Sighting in Schiltigheim

Summary

On June 13, 2013, a cyclist in Schiltigheim observed a bright light he initially thought was Saturn or Jupiter. Upon arriving home, he noticed a blue light passing silently overhead. The trajectory was straight, but the object seemed to zigzag at times before gradually disappearing. No other witnesses were reported.
