UFO in Toulouse July 14, 2013

Summary

On July 14, 2013, at 23:45, a witness in Toulouse observed five orange lights moving in a straight line. According to the report, these could be sky lanterns, which that day were drifting eastward with the wind. Later, the same witness saw an oval-shaped object, slightly transparent and opalescent. Although a solar reflection on a satellite, such as Iridium 70, was considered, the location did not match the observation. The GEIPAN classified the case as "B", suggesting the events were natural or known phenomena. The coincidence between both events was striking, but a conventional explanation was not ruled out.
