UFO seen in Aisne in 2013

Summary

On July 20, 2013, a witness and his wife noticed that a streetlight suddenly went out. Shortly after, they observed a silent object with five colored lights (red, orange, and white) rotating clockwise. The object moved slowly from southwest to northeast at low altitude. The streetlight turned back on once the object had moved away. The observation lasted 10 minutes, but only one testimony was recorded. Although the lights and movement resembled an aircraft landing, there is no nearby airport. Additionally, the wind direction did not match the observed movement. The correlation between the streetlight going out and the phenomenon is intriguing but unconfirmed. Due to lack of precise information, the case was classified as "C".
