Summary

On September 2, 2013, a witness in the Yonne region of France observed a mysterious object in the sky. The object moved silently and made turns that suggested a round or elongated shape depending on the viewing angle. Although the testimony was not very detailed and lacked photographs, investigators considered the possibility that it was a gyroplane, a type of light aircraft. This was supported by the proximity of an airfield offering gyroplane flights, as well as the compatibility of the object's shape, color, and speed with this type of aircraft.
