On September 24, 2013, a witness having breakfast with family in the Oise region of France observed a very bright ball of light. The object passed silently over a wooded area, moving in a straight line at the beginning and end of its trajectory, but then appeared to zigzag quickly and change direction. Although the report suggests it could be an object carried by the wind or even a storm-related phenomenon such as a ball lightning, these explanations are considered unlikely. There is not enough information to confirm or rule out any of the hypotheses, so the case was classified as "C" due to lack of conclusive data.
