On October 7, 2013, a driver on the A63 highway noticed a white dot in the sky moving in an unusual way. The witness saw it move south, disappear, and then return north. It showed no color flashes, ruling out a conventional aircraft. At that time, the sun was low on the horizon, laterally illuminating planes, making their wings invisible. Not all aircraft leave condensation trails, especially those flying below 7000 meters. In the area, several flights were recorded. At 18:52, two aircraft crossed the observed sector. The GEIPAN classified the case as "B", considering it likely a view of aircraft illuminated by the sun at medium altitudes.
