Summary

On October 16, 2013, a witness on a scooter in Val-d'Oise observed an oval-shaped object above the trees. Initially stationary, the object then moved slowly. The witness had time to take photographs before the object suddenly disappeared. Although the account seemed sincere, investigators found the reference photo to be inauthentic. Because of this, the credibility of the case was considered very low, and the investigation was not pursued further. The GEIPAN classified the case as "B," suggesting it might be a hoax or prank.
