Summary

In November 2013, a witness in the Hautes-Alpes observed a multicolored light moving slowly, like a hot-air balloon. The light, described as a vertical stick, made no noise and its behavior did not match known aircraft. Although the area is prone to flights of drones or small planes, there were no other witnesses or visual evidence.
