In January 2014, a witness in Limeil-Brevannes observed unusual luminous phenomena in the cloudy sky above Paris from their home. The objects moved in variable arcs with brief pauses and had a diffuse appearance. Although there was only one testimony, two photos were taken and included in the report. Investigators concluded that the observed phenomena were likely the result of lasers directed at the clouds, possibly related to a local event. The witness's location and the presence of facilities capable of using such equipment support this explanation.
