UFO Sighted in Vierzon in 2014

Summary

In June 2014, a witness in Vierzon observed a white object moving in a straight line across the sky. The object was not recognized as any known aircraft, as it showed no wings, lights, or condensation trail. However, a continuous sound was heard throughout the observation. The witness took a photo with his phone, but it was not enough to identify the object. Aircraft sometimes do not leave condensation trails, depending on atmospheric conditions. Additionally, at sunset, high-flying aircraft can appear as illuminated cylinders, without showing their wings. Anti-collision lights on high-flying aircraft are never visible from the ground during the day.

The Flightradar system recorded a flight of an Airbus A320 heading south at that time, matching the observation. Despite this match, the case was classified as "A", meaning attributed to a commercial aircraft seen at sunset. This does not completely rule out the possibility of an unexplained phenomenon, but it explains most of the observed elements.
