On July 17, 2014, a witness and his son observed a series of flashes in the sky for 40 minutes. The flashes were similar to those of stars and remained fixed in the same spot. The witness identified the constellation of Scorpius with the help of a planetarium. The next day, at the same time, the family saw three weaker flashes in the same location. Although only one testimony was collected, it is considered to be a possible observation of a geostationary satellite in rapid rotation. Several satellites are present in the area indicated.
