A witness observed three orange circles slowly moving across the sky from his terrace. The description and a photo published the next day in another case matched his experience exactly. Although it might initially seem unusual, investigators concluded it was Thai lanterns. These lights were traveling in the same direction and at the same time a private party was likely taking place nearby. Additionally, weather conditions, such as a southeast wind, supported this explanation. The GEIPAN classified the case as "B", indicating a probable observation of this type of object.
