Narbonne 2014, luminous phenomenon during a storm

Summary

On August 8, 2014, around midnight, a witness in Narbonne observed a luminous phenomenon during a storm. They saw a white-blue point that disappeared and reappeared a few meters away in the clouds. Although the witness mentioned a lightning flash, it is likely they saw a ball lightning, a rare but known phenomenon.
