Summary

A citizen was walking his dogs when, at 23:25, he spotted two bright white points moving quickly across the sky. The witness observed the phenomenon for two minutes, describing a clear and fast trajectory. After the report, investigators checked the data and confirmed that the observed phenomenon was nothing more than the International Space Station (ISS) along with the ESA's cargo spacecraft ATV5. The latter was in its final phase before docking with the space laboratory. The match between the witness's description and the astronomical data was so precise that the case was classified as "A", meaning it was identified with certainty.

The confirmation was made by consulting the Calsky platform, which shows the positions of objects in orbit. On that date and time, the ISS was visible to the naked eye, accompanied by the ATV5, which was in its final phase of docking. This case is an example of how an apparently unusual observation can have a clear and scientific explanation, without the need to resort to speculative hypotheses.
