A witness and his wife observed a white luminous ball with irregular and erratic movements in July 1983. The phenomenon lasted five minutes and produced no sound. Although the testimony was recorded in 2014, the exact date is unknown and arbitrarily set as July 1st. Due to the intense heat of the time, the possibility of a ball lightning phenomenon was considered, but it cannot be confirmed. As the observation is over 30 years old and no other testimonies exist, the case was classified as "C" due to lack of information and corroboration.
The location of the sighting was in Lozère, France. The object did not behave in a conventional way, and its nature remains a mystery. Although the testimony is singular, the detailed description of erratic movement suggests it was not a common natural phenomenon. However, the impossibility of verifying the date and the absence of other data prevent further investigation. This case, although intriguing, remains unresolved.
