On February 1, 2015, two witnesses in Toulouse observed a fixed blue light above the clouds for a long time. Only one testimony was collected, limiting the available information. The light remained fixed for over an hour, suggesting an astronomical phenomenon. That night, the moon was clearly visible, almost full, and the witness mentioned a blue color, similar to moonlight. The weather was unstable, with clouds moving randomly, which could have created unpredictable optical effects. Although it is likely that the light was reflected by the moon, these assumptions cannot be confirmed without photos or other testimonies. Due to the lack of clear information, the case was classified as "C" by the GEIPAN.
