🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
A witness in Saint-Jorioz (France) regularly observed two bright points in the sky every night starting at 21:45. The first point was very luminous, while the second was dimmer. Both moved slowly together and disappeared behind the landscape. Despite the witness having a high academic background, he did not consider the possibility of an astronomical phenomenon. After checking a star map, it was confirmed that the points corresponded to Venus and Jupiter, precisely aligned with the observer's view. The GEIPAN classified this case as A, indicating a conventional explanation.
