UFO in Perpignan 2015

Summary

In February 2015, a witness in Perpignan observed an orange-red ball in the sky, initially thought to be an airplane. Later, he saw a large black object with a triangular shape and rectangular windows flying very low, emitting fog and disappearing silently. Soon after, a very bright white star suddenly flew away at high speed, which the witness believed to be the same object. Only one account was recorded, with a photo of the location. Since then, the witness claims to see UFOs frequently in the sky, both day and night. The GEIPAN sent a local investigator, who failed to see the phenomena described. The witness mentioned having artificial lenses implanted shortly after the initial observation, which might affect his vision. The GEIPAN classified the case as B, due to the likely visual disturbance of the witness.
